After working in marketing, GTM, and commercialization across real estate, biotech and life sciences, and SaaS for over a decade, Cody decided to start Carmen Search Partners with his wife, Jordyn. He holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (Class of 2015) and an M.A. from New York University (Class of 2018). When he’s not helping build teams that (actually) work together, you can find Cody with his family or on his motorcycle somewhere in Montana.
